Max spent fourteen years in the United States Army, including multiple deployments to the Middle East. He served as a combat medic, trained to keep wounded men alive under fire. He was wounded in combat twice and came home with a Bronze Star with Valor and a Purple Heart.

After leaving the Army, he served nine and a half years as a sworn law enforcement officer, learning the civilian side of the same mission. He worked patrol and investigations, served as a School Resource Officer (SRO), and established and led Guardian programs for school-based protective teams. The lens shifted but the charge stayed the same. Protect the vulnerable. Work to stop harm before it reaches the innocent. Do it with discipline, not theatrics.

Between those two careers and alongside his faith, Max has served as head of security for his own church. He has stood at the door on Sunday mornings, built the team that stood next to him, and carried the quiet weight of that responsibility himself. He knows what these programs require because he has run one.

Now he's focused on the people closest to home. P23 Security serves the churches, daycares, senior living communities, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations of Southwest Florida. The places where community happens, and where security planning is often an afterthought.
